By ordering through nicegarments.com, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are country-specific (United States).
RETURN CHANGE IN YOUR MIND
If you change your mind about purchasing, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds can only be processed back to your original payment method.
Returning “Change of Mind” is subject to several conditions, as outlined below:
EXCHANGE

CONDITIONS OF ITEM
A “Mind Change” returned item must be in “like new” condition. This means it must not be defective, assembled, used, damaged, altered, laundered or laundered, or in any way different from its original condition.
CONDITION OF PACKAGING
The item must be securely packaged, using the packaging originally supplied with the item. If the item is not returned to us in its original packaging and in its original condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and you will be responsible for the cost of getting your merchandise back to you. WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR RETURN?
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please ensure that:
First, customers have 30 days from the date they receive the item to request a replacement or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Second, each product must be carefully inspected before being delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to ensure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement or return item(s) for any of the following reasons:
The product itself has flaws.
Poor print quality.
The final product differs significantly from the design presented on our website.
The following information about the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
Finally, because your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to preference issues or incorrect fit. Buyer assumes all risk when choosing the style and suitability of their purchase. To help you better in choosing the right size, we have provided a size chart on each product page. Make sure you refer to it first for best fit.
NECESSARY ITEMS
The following categories are not eligible for a “Change of Mind” return:
Personalized items;
Gift card;
Orders for commercial or non-domestic purposes;
BACK TO YOUR “CHANGE”
For all “Change of Mind” cases, please email [email protected] to our Customer Care Team. A member of our Customer Care Team will assist you with your booking.
We require photos to be sent with your return request, showing that the item and its packaging are in acceptable condition, before a “Change your mind” return can be processed. “.
Once we receive your return and it is determined to be in acceptable condition, we will offer you a refund to your original payment method.
FOR DELIVERY WRONG
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team with a photo of the incorrect item within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will offer to send you the correct items and arrange the collection of the incorrect items from you at our expense.
CANCEL
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 24 hours of placing it, in which case we will give you a full refund. Cancellation after that time may be considered a “Change of Mind” return.
YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY Item BUT IT SHOULD BE DAMAGED
It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and your item arrives damaged.

DOES CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR RETURNS? AND IN WHAT CASES?
– If For a Defective Product and This happens when the Product is mistaken, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective, the customer will have to pay as follows: Actual costs for return shipping and the customer communicates and works with the carrier himself
In case the customer is not satisfied: This case occurs when the customer buys the wrong item, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore, the customer must pay the actual cost to ship the goods. Returns and merchandise are accepted only in their original condition with manufacturer’s label

BELOW ARE SOME REASONS YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND:
Duplicate orders, we will cancel and refund an order to you.
Your item(s) have not been received within 30 days
You have received a damaged/defective item, we will deal with replacement orders first and you do not need to return the item(s).
If you still want a refund, Refunds can only be processed back to your original payment method.
REFUND
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and checked your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to show up in your account once the refund has been issued.

Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at nicegarments.com.
If your order was delivered with the wrong size, wrong color or wrong product, you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original inner and outer packaging.
Please note this doesn’t apply to made-to-order, non-standard, customized, or special-order products.
Customers are entitled to return products in case of defects arising from the manufacturer and have no need to change to another product.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items will not be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund defective products via PayPal.
We will process it within 10 days of receiving the return request.
Our policy is for the last 14 days. If it has been over 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not refund or exchange for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. We pay the return shipping costs for you.
The return shipping time is depending on your place.
Please print and complete our Returns Form and enclose this with the item(s) you wish to return or contact us to inform us that would like to return the goods by email to [email protected] and one of our service team will help you with your return.
Nicegarments.com is happy to arrange the collection of any return and the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. So the buyer must be charged the shipping return fee to the address as pointed by nicegarments.com.
Please note that returns will only be accepted in the original inner and outer packaging in a saleable condition. When organizing a return, please send the item with care, using a trackable service to ensure that it reaches us without damage. nicegarments.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item or issue a credit note for the original selling price if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Depending on the terms set by your bank, this will show in your account within 7–10 working days.
In the event that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition (including bespoke orders), please contact us within 48 hours by email. We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage, including the packaging if possible to [email protected]. Please note that without the correct information and images we will not be able to investigate the issue.
Nicegarments.com is happy to arrange the collection of any damaged or faulty goods. Once we have received the returned item, it will be inspected and a repair or replacement will be arranged where possible. Please note that failure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product could mean we have to charge for a replacement.

If you wish to cancel an item that is made to order or customized in any way, you will need to do this within 1-2 working days of placing the order.
We make every attempt to cancel your order as long as the product has not left the warehouse. Once your order has been into the shipping and handling process, it cannot be canceled.
